WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (WTCA) recently opened its latest dealership - GAC Melaka 3S center operated by Waritan Automobile Sdn Bhd. The GAC Melaka will house both the GAC Motor and AION brands under one roof, with distinctive branding identity elements to showcase the future mobility solution envisioned by the Brand Slogan “Where Craft Meets Technology”. The opening of GAC Melaka has further stregthened the network coverage of GAC and AION in the southern region and enables strong aftersales support to the ever growing numbers of GAC and AION vehicle owners.

We welcome all customers to visit and experience the GAC Motor hospitality and the GAC Motor vehicles. GAC Motor Melaka is located at the prime location within Melaka town for easy access, with a showroom space of 443 sqm and service reception with 4 workshop bays of 335 sqm. The showroom operates seven days a week (Mondays – Fridays: 9:00am – 7:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Sundays and Public Holidays: 9:00am – 5:00pm), whereas the Service Centre operates from 8:30am – 5:00pm from Mondays – Saturdays and are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Customers may visit the showroom and test drive the latest GAC and AION vehicles to experience its superior performance. The showroom includes a spacious customer lounge where customers are able to wait onsite in comfort and workstations with wifi access for those who are looking to work while their vehicles are being serviced. Additionally, customers can enjoy a range of food and beverage options from the refreshment counter.
REV UP DEALS
To commemorate the success of its first GAC CKD project, WTCA has launched the Rev Up with EMZOOM campaign that lasts until 31 December 2024. With Rev Up Deals offering cash rebates worth RM5,000 and RM7,000 for the Exclusive and Premium R variants respectively, customers can enjoy promotional prices starting from only RM111,800 for the GS3 EMZOOM Exclusive and RM119,800 for the GS3 EMZOOM Premium R. WTCA also offers the option of value for money bundling of Complimentary Maintenance Service and Smart Watch Key worth RM1,388 in lieu of lower cash rebates.
The GAC GS3 EMZOOM model line-up offers a competitive range of features across the board, with all three variants powered by GAC’s 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged engine that develops a maximum of 177PS at 5,500rpm and best-in-class 270Nm of torque, available from 1,400rpm to 4,500rpm. This output is delivered to the front wheels via a seven-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (7WDCT), enabling a swift 0-100km/h acceleration time of 8.0 seconds. The performance is matched by fuel economy that meets Energy Efficient Vehicle (EEV) standards with an average consumption of only 5.9 litres per 100km.
All GAC GS3 EMZOOM models feature the same bold exterior defined by the Mecha Wing grille, Laser Eye Split LED headlights and electric hidden door handles that lend a futuristic and aerodynamic aesthetic to the side profile. The dynamic front end is matched in the rear by Light Dart tail lights and a sporty Rear Spoiler while 18-inch alloy wheels complete the look across all three variants. Visually, the GS3 Premium R differentiates itself from the Standard and Exclusive variants with its R-Style Sport Package and R-Style Exhaust.
The contemporary blue-and-black interior colour scheme is applied to the cabin of all variants, which offer segment-leading space and comfort thanks to the GS3 EMZOOM’s longest-in-class 2,650-mm wheelbase. All variants are equipped with GAC’s signature crystal electronic gear shift and multifunction steering wheel with four-way tilt and telescopic adjustment.
On the technology front, advanced features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android phone mirroring, electronic parking brake with auto hold and Blind Spot Vision (BSV) are standard throughout the range. Exclusive to the GS3 EMZOOM Premium R is the added luxury of automatic headlight, High Beam Assist, Fusion Automatic Parking Assist, six-way power adjustment for the driver seat, multi-colour ambient lighting, wireless smartphone charger, hands-free power tailgate and a panoramic sunroof.
In terms of colour availability, the GAC GS3 EMZOOM Standard is offered in Frost White and Asphalt Black options. The GAC GS3 EMZOOM Exclusive offers two additional choices, namely Salt Lake Blue and Superstar Silver. All of these colours are available for the GS3 EMZOOM Premium R, which features an exclusive Graphite Grey colour, in addition to the sporty orange exterior trim which is limited to this range-topping variant. Asphalt Black and Graphite Grey are exclusive to the locally-assembled GAC GS3 EMZOOM — these colours are currently not offered anywhere else outside the Malaysian market.
All variants in the updated 2024 GAC GS3 EMZOOM line-up offer maximum peace of mind with a five-year, 150,000-km warranty. Additionally, the first 2,000 customers can enjoy the extra protection of a seven-year, 180,000-km engine and transmission warranty, subject to official terms and conditions.
